A collective leisure activity does not only loosen up an exhausting conference day, but also contributes to a strengthened sense of team spirit. What is often neglected in everyday business life can be integrated wonderfully into a conference event. There are almost no limits to the possibilities, as the Chiemgau offers a wide range of sporting leisure activities.

For many years we have been working with regional partners who specialize in organizing all kinds of team activities. We will be happy to put you in touch with the right contacts so that you can put together an attractive incentive programme.

On the 2.5-hour brewery tour, you and your team will learn everything about the production process of the delicious beer - from the basic ingredients to the fermentation cellar. Discover all corners of the Hofbräuhaus Traunstein and experience over 400 years of Bavarian brewing and pub culture in the in-house museum. Beer tasting included!

Get to know the Schnitzer distillery and all the production steps in the distillery during a 2.5 to 3.5 hour guided tour. You can also look forward to a sensory training session and tasting of various distillates and liqueurs. Optionally, you can book a hearty snack.

With the Winter Fun Challenge at Outdoor Centre Baumgarten, you and your team will experience an action-packed day full of challenges. The varied activities, such as archery, laser biathlon, axe throwing and much more, require courage and cleverness! If there is snow, there are additional stations such as snowmobiling or snowshoeing. The event lasts between 4 and 5 hours and of course there is a detailed briefing on all stations.

The perfect combination of fun and outdoor activity! From the starting point at 1000 metres, you head up to the mountain station at 1390 metres on snowshoes. Here you can make a stop at the Hirschkaser or directly toboggan downhill for 400 metres - thrills guaranteed! The whole event takes about 4 to 5 hours. Warm clothing, sunglasses and sun cream are recommended.

Adventure & action in picturesque surroundings! Rafting takes you down the Saalach River in teams. This is not only incredibly fun, but also promotes team building in a very special way. Here it's all about mutual trust. Of course, safety comes first, so you and your team will receive detailed instructions.

This will be "a mords gaudi" (a lot of fun)! At the Bavarian Olympics, you and your team can compete in typical Bavarian activities - for example, Maßkrugstemmen, beer barrel rolling, tug-of-war, can throwing, laser biathlon and much more. The event lasts about two hours.

Learn belaying, climbing and resting - the basics of via ferrata and apply them directly on an easy tour. Under the guidance of experienced mountain guides, you and your team will learn all the necessary techniques in the midst of breathtaking alpine landscapes.

Building igloos and ice sculptures requires strategic thinking and teamwork. Designing and building together is the perfect team-building activity. Experience this unique winter event together and look back with satisfaction on a productive day full of fun at the end. The event lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Canyoning involves climbing, roping down and, above all, jumping into crystal-clear water. Together with the state-certified canyoning guides, you and your team master this common challenge. Experience jumps from 2 to 8 metres into the water pool and let off steam on the unique water slides. A real nature experience!

Ready for a speedy descent? The Mountain Cart in Berchtesgaden guarantees an extra adrenaline kick. On three wheels, you and your team, each in your own cart, can test your driving skills downhill and set the brakes on fire. The ride lasts about an hour in total.

At the Action Fun Challenge, you and your team will face a variety of challenges that have to be mastered by working together. Joint strategy and trust are required at the countless stations on the spacious grounds in Baumgarten. The Segway skill course, axe throwing, the 70-metre-long rope slide and much more guarantee fun for the whole team!
