FAQ's & equipment - Useful information about our hotel.

At our hotel bar you can relax and enjoy delicious drinks at the end of the day.

Bar hours:

• Wednesday to Saturday: 17:00 to 01:00 (drinks are ordered via the restaurant)
• Sunday to Tuesday: 17:00 to 22:30

Our hotel is barrier-free and the floors are accessible via a lift. For people with limited mobility, we recommend our deluxe double rooms "Traunstein", as they offer the most freedom of movement. Please note, however, that these rooms are not equipped for the disabled and have no grab rails or similar.

You can check into your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 am.

Would you like to stay a little longer or check into your room a little earlier? Depending on availability, we are happy to offer you an early arrival from 12:00 or a late departure until 14:00 for €30.00 per room. Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

You can park or connect bicycles in front of the hotel. There is also a charging facility for your eBikes here.

If you can't or don't want to bring your own bike or eBike, you can hire a hotel-owned KTM eBike directly from us for a fee of €30.00 per bike/day or €15.00 for half a day. For children the price is € 20.00 per day or € 10.00 for half a day. If you are interested, simply contact us at reception.

Our hotel has a lift that takes you barrier-free to all floors of the hotel.

The morning at the Wiesgauer starts with an extensive alpine breakfast buffet. The breakfast area is located in the Wiesgauer Alm Restaurant.

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us at reception for a few hours on the day of departure before you return home.

Are you travelling with a dog? Then please contact us by telephone or e-mail to make a reservation enquiry. Dogs are only allowed in a few rooms. Please also note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

We charge € 15.00 per dog/night.

If you are travelling with a child, please enter the number of children travelling with you and their age in our online booking form.

Our children's policy:

• Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in an extra bed. There is no charge for breakfast or half board.
• Children between the ages of 6 and 11 stay free of charge in an extra bed. Breakfast or half board is charged at 50%.
• Children aged 12 and over pay €30.00 per night in an extra bed. Breakfast or half board is charged at 100%.
• Baby cots can be provided free of charge.

Our rooms can be occupied by a maximum of 3 people. Extra beds are only possible in the Superior room category. If you have difficulties booking a suitable room for your family online, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

The municipality of Inzell levies a spa contribution for persons staying in the spa area for recreational and spa purposes. The spa fee is 2.10 euros per day of stay for persons aged 16 and over and 1.00 euro for children aged between 6 and 15. Children under the age of 6 do not pay a visitor's tax.

The spa tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged by the hotel on arrival.

There are four charging points for electric cars directly at the hotel. Further charging points are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

• Bauhofstraße 15 (approx. 600 m)
• Kreuzfeldstraße 2 (approx. 800 m)
• Reichenhaller Str. 79 (approx. 2 km)

You can hire a cosy bathrobe and slippers from us for €5.00 per person. Simply contact us at reception or book the hire bathrobe and slippers directly with your online reservation.

Guests staying in our deluxe double room "Traunstein" do not pay an extra charge for the bathrobe and slippers. Both are already included in the room rate and are available for you in your room.

Our free hotel car park is located directly in front of the hotel. Advance reservation is not possible. The available parking spaces are allocated according to availability.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted onyour own balcony eandin the beer garden and outside areas of the hotel.

In our Wiesgauer Alm Restaurant you can look forward to a culinary variety. Regional products with a focus on fresh and aromatic cuisine ensure a fitting end to your day on holiday.

You can choose between our varied evening buffet and our à la carte menu. For lunchtime, we also offer a varied lunch menu every day.
Our tip: Book half board directly with your hotel accommodation. Half-board is offered as a buffet or 3-course menu of your choice.

Most rooms are equipped with a safe in which you can safely store your personal valuables. If you attach particular importance to this feature, please contact us directly.

In our sauna area you can end the day in a completely relaxed manner. You can choose between a Finnish sauna (approx. 90°C), an infrared cabin, two steam baths and relaxation areas.

Daily from 16:00 to 21:00

We can also switch the sauna on earlier for you on request.

Free WLAN is available throughout the hotel.

Is daily room cleaning still up to date?

In view of the advancing climate change and aspects of sustainability, we would also like to encourage you to rethink. For this reason, we do not clean the rooms during your stay for ecological reasons. This saves large amounts of electricity, water, cleaning agents and rubbish bags and conserves our environment and scarce resources in the long term. If you do need fresh towels during your stay, just let our reception know. For longer stays of 3 nights or more, intermediate cleaning is possible on request.

With small changes we can achieve great things together.
