At the end of the day you can relax and enjoy delicious drinks at our hotel bar.

Bar times:

• Wednesday to Saturday: 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
• Sunday to Tuesday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Our hotel is barrier-free and the floors can be reached via an elevator. For people with restricted mobility, we recommend our deluxe double rooms "Traunstein", because here you have the most freedom of movement. Please note, however, that these rooms are not handicapped accessible and do not have any handrails or similar.

On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 a.m.

Would you like to stay a little longer or move into your room a little earlier? We are happy to allow you an early arrival from noon or a late departure until 2:00 p.m. for €30.00 per room. Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

Our hotel is a partner of the "Chiemgau Card | Ruhpolding & Inzell". You will receive this adventure card when you arrive and can use it to benefit from numerous special conditions and discounts in the area (e.g. museums, swimming pools, mountain railways, bicycle rental and much more). Bicycles can be parked or locked in front of the hotel. There is also a charging facility for your e-bikes here.

If you cannot or do not want to bring your own bicycle/eBike, you can rent the hotel’s own KTM eBike directly from us for a fee of €25.00 per bike/day. Simply contact us at reception.

Our hotel has an elevator that takes you barrier-free to all floors of the house.

The morning starts at the Wiesgauer with an extensive, alpine breakfast buffet. The breakfast area is in the "Wiesgauer Alm" restaurant.

Daily from 07:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us at reception for a few hours on the day of departure before you return home.

Would you like to travel with a dog? Then we ask you to contact us by phone or email to make a reservation request. Dogs are only allowed in a few rooms. Please also note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

We charge €15.00 per dog/night.

If you are traveling with a child, please enter the number of children traveling with you and their age in our online booking mask.

Our child policy:

• Children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free in their parents' bed or in an extra bed. Nothing is charged for breakfast or half-board.
• Children between the ages of 6 and 11 inclusive stay free of charge in an extra bed. 50% will be charged for breakfast or half-board.
• Children from 12 years pay € 30.00 per night in an extra bed. 100% will be charged for breakfast or half-board.
• Baby cots can be provided free of charge.

Our rooms can be occupied by a maximum of 3 people. Extra beds are only possible in the superior room category. If you have difficulties booking a suitable room for your family online, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

The municipality of Inzell levies a spa fee for people who stay in the spa area for relaxation and spa purposes. The resort tax is EUR 2.10 per day of stay for people aged 16 and over and EUR 1.00 for children between the ages of 6 and 15. Children under 6 years do not pay resort tax.

The visitor's tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged by the hotel upon arrival.

There are four charging stations for electric cars directly at the hotel. Further charging options are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

• Bauhofstraße 15 (approx. 600 m)
• Kreuzfeldstraße 2 (approx. 800 m)
• Reichenhaller Str. 79 (approx. 2 km)

You can borrow a cozy bathrobe and slippers from us for €5.00 per person. Simply contact us at reception or book the rental bathrobe and slippers directly with your online reservation.

Guests in our deluxe double rooms "Traunstein" pay no extra charge for the rental bathrobe and slippers. Both are already included in the room rate and are ready for you in your room.

Our own parking lot is located directly in front of the hotel. A reservation in advance is not necessary. The available parking spaces are allocated according to availability.

As a thank you for booking directly via our website, you can park for free in our hotel parking lot (subject to availability). For all other guests we charge €5.00 per vehicle/night.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in any public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted on private balconies and in the beer garden and outside areas of the hotel.

In our "Wiesgauer Alm Restaurant" you can look forward to a culinary variety. Regional products with a focus on fresh and aromatic cuisine ensure a fitting end to your holiday day.

You can choose between our varied evening buffet and our à la carte menu. Our tip: Book half board directly to your hotel stay. Half board is offered as a 3-course menu or buffet of the house's choice.

Warm buffet daily from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Additionally a la carte daily from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Most rooms are equipped with a safe where you can keep your personal valuables safe. If you attach particular importance to this feature, please contact us directly.

In our sauna area you can end the day in a relaxed manner. You have the choice between a Finnish sauna (approx. 90°C), an infrared cabin, two steam baths and relaxation areas.

Sauna times:
Daily from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If you wish, we can switch on the sauna earlier for you.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Is daily room cleaning still up to date?

In view of the advancing climate change and aspects of sustainability, we would also like to encourage you to rethink. For this reason, we refrain from cleaning the rooms during your stay for ecological reasons. This saves large amounts of electricity, water, cleaning agents and garbage bags and protects our environment and scarce resources in the long term. Should you need fresh towels in between, a brief message to our reception is sufficient. For longer stays of 3 nights or more, an intermediate cleaning is possible on request.

With small changes we can achieve great things together.
