Bad Reichenhall is famous for its salt, which is why the thermal baths are fed with Bad Reichenhall's Alpine brine. The underground brine pool of the thermal baths contains 12 per cent brine and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain peaks through the large panoramic glass front. Other highlights include a variety of salt infusions in one of the saunas as well as the Alpenlaist-Zeromonie - a type of salt slurry from salt production that is applied to the skin to stimulate circulation and strengthen the skin's resistance.
